Road to Heaven

You can know for sure you are right with God. It is not a guessing game of balancing our good works with your sin. It is through faith in Jesus Christ as the completed sacrifice on the cross for your sins. “We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) Nothing we do of ourselves can save us. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotton Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not parish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) We must believe that God came to earth as a man and walked among us as Jesus. Jesus, since He was God, lived a perfect life. He died on the cross and rose again the third day. He had to die because sin requires punishment. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23) Jesus came to be the sacrifice for our sins and took our punishment on Himself. All we need to do is admit we are sinners, repent of our sins, belief in Jesus’ death and resurection as the final sacrifice for our sins.
